THERAPY SERVICES
I offer individual therapy sessions on a weekly and bi-weekly basis.
I integrate both clinical and holistic types of therapy to help you develop self-awareness, feel genuinely understood, and generate wellness.
I utilize Inner-Child Work to access self-discovery and self-compassion. I am a certified yoga teacher and yoga informed therapist who mindfully speaks to the mind/body connection. I promote Health at Every Size® (HAES), a health-centered model that accepts and respects the diversity of body shapes and sizes, which allows us to explore body positivity. Additionally, I blend evidence based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to offer guidance on creating coping skills and coping plans to better manage life stressors.
